Shipping policy

At Velocity 21, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. We offer fast order processing, affordable shipping options and free local pickup from our Townsville store.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within the same business day, where possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be affected by payment verification, public holidays or periods of high order volume.

Australian Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for orders delivered within Australia:

Free Standard Shipping: On orders of $60 or more.
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $60.
Priority Shipping: Flat rate of $15.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping service selected and carrier conditions. Priority shipping offers a faster delivery service but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

International Shipping

We ship internationally with the following flat-rate options:

Standard International Shipping: $29.95.
Priority International Shipping: $49.95.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and local postal services.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Free Local Pickup — Townsville

Prefer to collect your order? We offer free local pickup from our Townsville store.

Simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and we'll prepare your order for collection.

Same-day pickup is available during regular store hours
We'll email you when your order is ready to collect.
Bring your order confirmation email or order number when collecting your purchase.

Pickup is available during our regular store opening hours.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available or update on the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Enquiries

While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

If your domestic order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us so we can investigate.
