Manufacturer Limited Warranty

As a trusted reseller, we ensure that the eyewear we sell meets high standards of quality and design. Many of the products we carry are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is offered in addition to any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country of purchase.

Important: The warranty does not replace your legal rights.


Warranty Terms

  • The manufacturer warrants that your purchased product is free from manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Scratches on lenses

    • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper storage

    • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Issues related to prescription lenses


How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience a defect within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us as the retailer where you purchased your eyewear.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

  3. Include a description of the issue.

Depending on the defect, the manufacturer may repair or replace the defective part or the entire product.


Shipping Your Product

  • Pack your eyewear securely in its original case or a sturdy box.

  • Include your proof of purchase and a brief note describing the issue.

  • Ship to the address provided by our customer service team.

Note: The manufacturer or reseller is not responsible for packages lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  1. Your full name, current address, telephone number, and email address

  2. A brief description of the problem

  3. A copy of your dated receipt or proof of purchase
